Refund policy

I am happy to exchange an item within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in original packaging. I do not accept exchanges from smoking homes, and please make sure there is no pet hair on your items. You may choose your replacement items AFTER I have received your item back. To initiate exchange, please email emilytesauro@gmail.com. You are responsible for all shipping charges unless the item is defective.
